Well, why not? Everyone else seems to be dining here…. and a girl has to eat.
Tripping the world, slowly

And then I stop and sit and eat.

She is lovely. Sigh.
Love it!!!
The poor things are so hungry. I think she was considering my hose plants while cleaning up under the bird feeder. 🙂
Your visitor looks beautiful.
It felt a bit like gift having her there.
I can’t say deer are my favorite visitors, and the neighbor closest to us feeds them. When I pulled in this afternoon from errands I noticed every plant that was above the snowbanks had been eaten with tracks leading right back to her house. 😦
They can cause so much damage. I chased 4 out of the the apple trees this afternoon. And they seem to gather in herds this time of year …. With potential to do a whole lot of damage is short order. Last week we had to wait until 16 (!!) crossed the driveway. So…. I understand how. Still, she was a beautiful creature looking in the window.
I look at deer, and I see Bambi until they eat my plants. LOL
What a cutie! I love deer… So majestic yet so innocent … Pretty pic!
She looks innocent enough….. But I think she was planning something…. 😉
Hmmm yes her expression is a bit like you caught her in the act!
It’s a tough winter for them. PEI has no big critters, but I’m surprised that no racoons have shown up ar our feeders this year.
Well, duh. I finally googled Rose Bay. I had no idea there was one in NS. My photography friends have been to the Ovens and my daughter worked in a bar in Lunenvurg one summer.
We are spoiled with the beauty around us in this little corner of the world, arn’t we? 🙂 The Ovens and Lunenburg are all part of our ‘hood….. Or we are part of their’s, or something. Was your daughter here recently? Both my kids have worked summer jobs in Lunenburg.
I haven’t seen any raccoons around in the wintertime. But we sure have more than our share in the summer. Raccoons, porcupines, foxes, squirrels and of course the deer. I don’t know why I plant a garden at, come to think of it. 😉
My daughter would have been there around 1999. Long time ago….
